  • Technical data (via Firebase App Check, Installations, Performance Monitoring): device ID, operating system type, game version, IP address, data on app stability, performance, crashes, and response time, information about app usage.
  • Data from Firebase: information about your interaction with the application (e.g., authorization via Google, Facebook, usage statistics).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide access to the app's features.
  • Store your profile settings and app usage history.
  • Use Firebase for authentication and account management (registration, logins).
  • Using Sanity to store and manage content you create.
  • Improving our product and user experience (analytics, statistics).

4. How we protect your data

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, such as:

  • Encrypting data when transmitted via HTTPS protocols.
  • Secure storage of data in the Firebase cloud.
  • Updates and security patches for all platforms used.
  • However, there is no such thing as 100% security, and we cannot guarantee the complete security of your data.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

We may transfer your data to third parties only in the following cases:

  • Firebase: Google may process data collected through Firebase in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
  • Sanity: Sanity processes data stored through their platform. Details on data processing can be found in their Privacy Policy.
  • In case of legal requirements or to protect our rights.

6. How we store and process your data

Firebase: All information collected through Firebase (e.g., authentication and analytics) is stored on Google servers.

Sanity: All data created through Sanity (content, files) is stored on Sanity servers.

Your data may be stored for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or until you request that your data be deleted.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

8. Use of Children's Personal Data under COPPA

Our program is not intended for children under the age of 9 and does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals in this age group. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your children have provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate measures to delete such data.
